Cloud computing is an emerging paradigm for commercial computing services. Resources for cloud computing such as storages and virtual machines are becoming commodities and will be traded between providers and users. In this paper we propose a concept of the Cloud Resource Exchange which allows participants to trade their resources effectively by means of double-sided combinational auctions.
